Much of your job as community leader is dealing with users' questions. What previous experience have you had that would help you in this area?: Committee member, team player, problem solver. Telephone counsellor, Community groups Volunteer, Team Leader...
What would you do in a situation where you are asked a question and are unsure of the answer?:
Forward it to more experience CLs and staff
As community leader, you have access to information which users and premium members do not. (Note that you do not have access to passwords, billing information, or the ability to change points.) What do you feel are appropriate and inappropriate uses of this information?:
to keep it as confidential for CLS and Staffs.
As community leader, you have the ability to edit and delete board posts and entire topics. What are situations in which it would be appropriate or inappropriate to use these abilities?: Posts or topics that against the Zone TOS, or posts and topics that may present threts or abusive behaviour to others
When is it appropriate to disable a user's account?:
when the user is harm to the site and other users and against the TOS
How much time per week can you commit to being a community leader?: two to three times
How would you deal with conflicts of interest such as being close friends with someone on The Zone and having to do something against your friend's wishes, or a situation where your friend tried to sway your decision?:
CL is a respondsible role. Regardless of friends or anermies, they should treate equally
What do you feel sets you apart from other applicants?:
It is time to have some one from Australasia for the time zone differences.

someone who is willing to take challenges and over come it with all the ability that i could. a double degree student where will never finish aiming for something better, for a better future.
